Parties and Lots of Snow!

Last night we had Ashlyn's birthday party. Her actual birthday isn't for a week and a half, but between Easter weekend and soccer, we didn't have a lot of choices for dates. Can you believe we have THREE tournaments in April??? Crazy!

The party began at 6:30 on Friday and ended with the last girls leaving sometime around 1:00 on Saturday afternoon. It was so much fun. LOUD, but fun. 13 girls making pizzas, playing Hide and Seek, eating cake and icecream and candy and cheetos, making paper flowers, watching High School Musical 3 and Beverly Hills Chihuahua. And, eventually sleeping!

On Saturday we had a great time making pancakes and playing Wii. Some of those silly girls even went out barefoot in the snow that began falling this morning.

Well, my darling son is now a licensed driver! Wow, am I O-L-D or what? Seriously, though, he passed on the first try and I think I was as excited as him, because I did not want to have to go through that again! So, next time I need something from Wal-Mart, I won't have to go! Yea!
